This website and sweepstakes is operated on behalf of the motion picture Pure Flix Alliance and Films (the “Picture”) by Pure Flix Entertainment, LLC (“Pure Flix”, “us” or “we”). This Privacy Policy explains the personal information protection practices of Pure Flix, a company organized under the laws of the State of California and whose principal office address is 18940 N. Pima Road, Suite 110, Scottsdale, AZ  85255.

REGARDING CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE

YOU MUST BE 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO REGISTER WITH OUR SITE. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE. There are certain web pages within our site that require users to be at least 13 years of age. This may mean that you will be unable to participate in some activities on the site. Pure Flix does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from a child under the age of 13.  In the event we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information. If Pure Flix is notified or discovers that a child under the age of 13 has improperly registered on this site, we will immediately cancel the child’s membership/account/sweepstakes entry and delete any personal information relating to that child.
